What are the delivery charges?

A fee paid by the customer for the delivery of a purchased product, collected by the parcel service, the company, or both.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery date is based on the seller's handling time, the shipping service selected, and when the seller receives cleared payment. In certain cases, the estimated delivery date will vary. By knowing the estimated delivery date, you can determine how long it will take to receive your item.

Handling time

Sellers are required to specify how long they will take to package and ship the item after receiving cleared payment. Sellers may select a handling time between same business day and 30 business days.

Shipping services

Some shipping services provide an estimate for the number of days that it will take the carrier to deliver the item to the buyer. This transit time does not include the seller's handling time. Transit time includes normal weekdays. Often Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays are not included in transit time estimates.

Cleared payment

A payment is considered "cleared" after your payment has been deposited into the seller's account. If you pay using PayPal, the payment may clear immediately. However if you pay by check, money order, or eCheck, your payment may take several days to clear.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?

Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Please check with individual sellers to determine delivery times. Estimated delivery time is dependent on the product's availability with the seller, and could vary from each seller offering the product.

'In Stock' For items listed as "In Stock", sellers will mention the delivery time as 2-3 business days (in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Sometimes, items have to be imported by sellers from outside India. These items are mentioned sometimes as 'Imported' on the product page and can take at least 10 days or more to be delivered to you.

'Preorder' or 'Forthcoming' Such items are expected to be released soon and can be prebooked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch and will reach you in 2 to 4 business days. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. Eg: 5th May, August 3rd week. ‘Back In Stock Soon’ The item is popular and has been sold out. You can however ‘book’ an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned by the seller. 'Temporarily Unavailable'The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could to be in stock soon. Use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to know when it is available for purchase. 'Out of Stock' Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase. 'Permanently Discontinued' This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or production for it has been discontinued. 'Out of Print' This product is not available because it is no longer being published and has been permanently discontinued.

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Sometimes you may encounter a situation wherein you see that the seller of a certain product cannot/does not ship to your area.

This depends on a number of factors. Some of them are listed below:

1. There can be legal restrictions in shipping certain products in your area/location.
2. Lack of reliable courier partners in your location.
3. In certain cases, the sellers just do not prefer to ship to certain location which is entirely at their own discretion.


First why not ask the seller if they are willing to ship to your country. International shipping is easy and affordable. If they refuse they should willingly send you a request to agree to cancellling. Once the seller sends and you approve two things happen.

We deliver to over 150 countries, so it's likely that we do! Our sellers use a wide range of couriers, including Royal Mail, DPD and Yodel. You can check estimated delivery times from the product page and even upgrade to a faster delivery (if available) during checkout.

How much does delivery cost?

The vast majority of products come with free delivery, however if there's a delivery fee then this will be stated on the product's page and throughout checkout.

Can you offer faster delivery?

If faster delivery is available, you'll see an additional delivery service option in the delivery box on the product's page and be able to upgrade during checkout.

Can I track my order?

Some of our sellers use tracked delivery services but some are unable to offer this. If a tracked service is used then you'll be emailed the tracking information, and you can also find this in your OnBuy account on the relevant order.
