Man United player ratings vs West Ham: Alejandro Garnacho brightest in attack but Scott McTominay strugglesManchester United came from behind to beat West Ham 3-1 and book their place in the FA Cup quarter-finals.

Erik ten Hag’s side were facing a rare defeat on home soil when Said Benrahma put the visitors in front, with United still trailing with 13 minutes remaining.

Nayef Aguerd turned into his own net though, before Alejandro Garnacho put the hosts in front and Fred sealed it deep into stoppage-time.

Here’s how Erik ten Hag’s side rated at Old Trafford…

David de Gea 6

Presented with a commemorative trophy by Sir Alex Ferguson after breaking club’s clean sheet record. Made smart block from Antonio but distribution was poor.

Diogo Dalot 5

Struggled to get to grips with Benrahma’s darts inside all evening.

Victor Lindelof 6

The most composed of United’s backline, covered well. Went straight down the tunnel after being replaced, suggesting a knock.

Harry Maguire 6

Booked for a late one on Antonio but largely solid.

Tyrell Malacia 5

Never stops runnings but quality was missing.

Scott McTominay 4

Booked for cyclical foul on Benrahma and dragged at half-time for Casemiro.

Marcel Sabitzer 6

Low strike prompted good save from Areola. Not involved enough, though.

Antony 5

A quiet night for the Brazilian, who failed to exploit Emerson’s defensive vulnerabilities. Subbed.

Bruno Fernandes 7

Set-piece delivery caused problems all night and led to Aguerd own-goal.

Alejandro Garnacho 8

United’s liveliest attacker in the first half, twice going close with curlers. Got one right in final minute to settle the tie.

Wout Weghorst 7

Happy to see flag go up after close-range miss, then blazed past Areola’s near post. Some lovely link play, though, and forced Fred goal.

Casemiro (McTominay 46’) 7

On at half-time andimmediately created Weghorst chance. Headed in but VAR ruled out for offside. Big impact.

Lisandro Martinez (Lindelof 58’)

Marcus Rashford (Antony 58’)

Inches away from a stoppage-time clincher.

Fred (Sabitzer 86’)

Profited from Aguerdclanger to seal the win in stoppage time.

Raphael Varane (Garnacho 90’)

Unused: Heaton, Wan-Bissaka, Pellistri, Elanga
